In order to begin earning rewards, complete the rental verification process. The verification process confirms you as a tenant at the property. We use an automated process to verify your rental address. In some cases, we ask for additional information to complete your registration.
Earn Roost Rewards
Start earning rewards with each rent payment you make through our Roost platform. Earn bonus rewards for referring a friend once they sign up.
Use Rental tools
After signing up, you can start using our rental tools including rent price tracking, property review tools, etc.

Redeem your rewards when you want to buy a home. In order to redeem, you must go through a trusted Roost Real Estate Partner.

Redeeming Rewards
- Redeem rewards when you're ready to buy a home
- In order to complete redemption, you have to use a Roost Real Estate Partner as your realtor when buying a home
- Your rewards can be redeemed for credit to offset closing costs or go towards your down payment
