Since home price increases have outpaced increases in median income, realizing homeownership has become more difficult. Our goal is to give renters the tools, motivation, and assistance in their pursuit of homeownership.

Our goal at Roost is to be your partner to homeownership. We are making homeownership more accessible to everyone by providing a chance to pay rent and accumulate reward credits that can go towards buying a home. Along the way, we believe in improving the renter experience by offering personalized tools that make it easier to pay rent, to understand market rents, to find a next rental, and to buy a home.  

We founded this company with the goal of aligning incentives with you, the renter.
